Ms Jiafei LIU

Jiafei Liu is a Practice Coordinator and medical receptionist. Jiafei is graduated from La Trobe University, majoring in Health Information Management. Jiafei is a positive person who has rich experience in customer service. Jiafei is happy to help every patient with a passionate attitude. She is responsible and cooperative in the team. The skills learned from Health information management make Jiafei perform more professionally. Jiafei desires to present professionally and passionately to every patient.



Ms Jingtong HAN

Jingtong Han is an enthusiastic registered nurse with a genuine passion for providing quality and evidence-based support. She completed a Bachelor of Community Nursing Degree in the Beihua University in China and Flinders University, Adelaide. She has received nursing training in the Chinese and Australian hospitals and community center. She has a strong passion for evidence-based nursing care with a proven ability to provide the best quality support for patients with needs in the areas of personal care, social support and monitoring.


Ms Janice ZHENG

Janice Zheng, who completed Bachelor of nursing 2021 at the University of RMIT, is a highly motivated and patient Registered nurse. She has worked in the emergency department for some time, and has clinical experience as well as professional and up-to-date nursing skills. She has devoted herself to nursing and worked hard to provide high-quality care for all clients at Aim Health Medical.


Ms Bonnie HU

Bonnie Hu, a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse. She has a Master of Nursing Practice degree from Monash University in 2022. Bonnie’s experience in hospital settings and aged care facilities demonstrates her proficiency in direct patient care. With a robust commitment to professional nursing care, she skillfully offers top-tier support to patients, addressing their needs. Her unwavering dedication to nursing is reflected in her diligent efforts to ensure dedicated care for every patient.


Ms Amber HUANG


Amber Huang is a registered nurse who graduated with distinction from RMIT University. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in clinical nursing, nursing management and education from China in 2016. Amber received clinical training in public hospitals in China and Australia, and she has extensive experience working in GP clinics and aged care facilities in Australia. Her diverse educational background and practical experience across various healthcare settings have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient-centred care and primary healthcare management.


Medical Receptionist


Ms Michelle ZHENG

Michelle Zheng is a medical receptionist with a passion for both patient satisfaction and empowering staff to be the best that they can be.

She has 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration. Her favourite part of the job is meeting individuals and families, having interactions, and learning from others. She believes that the role of a receptionist is a great match for her personality.

She aims to provide patients and families with an experience that empowers them to feel heard, valued, respected, and understood during what can be a challenging time.


Ms Rita CONG

Rita Cong is a medical receptionist who graduated from University of Tasmania majoring in nursing and RMIT University majoring in social work. Rita worked as a registered nurse in hospitals and aged care facilities in Australia. She has also been working in community aged care settings for many years as a case manager and assessment officer.
Rita is passionate about providing high-quality services by adopting a patient-centered approach at AIM Health Doncaster Medical Centre.


Ms Kate DONG

Kate is currently studying Bachelor of Biomedicine at Melbourne University .

In her personal life, Kate is known for her friendly demeanor and willingness to help others. She has a strong background in customer service and is always eager to lend a helping hand to those in need.
