Ms Michelle ZHENG

Michelle Zheng is a practice coordinator with a passion for both patient satisfaction and empowering staff to be the best that they can be.
She has a degree of business management and 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration. Her favourite part of the job is meeting individuals and families, having interactions, and learning from others. She believes that the role of a receptionist is a great match for her personality.
She aims to provide patients and families with an experience that empowers them to feel heard, valued, respected, and understood during what can be a challenging time.



Ms Jingtong HAN

Jingtong Han is an enthusiastic registered nurse with a genuine passion for providing quality and evidence-based support. She completed a Bachelor of Community Nursing Degree in the Beihua University in China and Flinders University, Adelaide. She has received nursing training in the Chinese and Australian hospitals and community center. She has a strong passion for evidence-based nursing care with a proven ability to provide the best quality support for patients with needs in the areas of personal care, social support and monitoring.


Ms Jing YANG

Jing is a compassionate nurse dedicated to providing quality care to patients of all ages. With 3 years of clinical nurse experience. Jing is committed to ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for every patient, offering professional care and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. She is passionate about promoting health and well-being and is excited to be part of this clinic, where she could continue to make a positive impact on our patients’ lives.


Medical Receptionist


Ms Rita CONG

Rita Cong is a medical receptionist who graduated from University of Tasmania majoring in nursing and RMIT University majoring in social work. Rita worked as a registered nurse in hospitals and aged care facilities in Australia. She has also been working in community aged care settings for many years as a case manager and assessment officer.
Rita is passionate about providing high-quality services by adopting a patient-centered approach at AIM Health Doncaster Medical Centre.


Mr Gerry ZENG

Gerry is a friendly and dedicated student at The University of Melbourne. He is passionate about working with teams and helping others to solve complex problems. He is also known as a smooth communicator with good manners and flexibility.


Ms Yolanda HUANG

Yolanda is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at UBSS University in Melbourne’s CBD. With a positive and outgoing personality, she excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and she is skilled in logical thinking and efficient execution. Her strong organizational abilities and enthusiasm make her a great fit for the receptionist role at AIM Health Doncaster, where she is eager to contribute to providing exceptional service and support to both patients and staff.


Ms Ka Ki TAM

Katie is a medical receptionist who can speak Cantonese, mandarin, English and Taiwanese. She is friendly and empathetic with communicating with patients and professionals. A few years of working experience at local clinics and aged care have strengthened her multitasking skills and problem-solving skills.


Ms Xinyi HUANG

Cindy is currently a Bachelor of Biomedicine student at The University of Melbourne, studying Biomedical Engineering. As such, Cindy values teamwork and working with others to solve problems through providing a satisfactory resolution. She is known for her friendly and approachable nature.


Ms Yuexiu LEI

Chris Lei is an energetic receptionist with great communication skills, a caring heart. Excellent “CAN DO” services built from 7 years of customer service and administrative experience. Volunteering at local schools and education centres has nourished her organisation skills and multi-tasking ability. With 3 children at home, she understands these stressful situations and is willing to give our patients a helping hand.
