We are a mixed billing practice. Patients with a Pre-booked doctor’s appointment made at least one day in advance and a valid Medicare card or valid OSHC/OVHC insurance* may be BULK BILLED on Monday to Friday.
A standard fee applies for Saturday and Sunday consultations, same-day appointments, and for walk-in patients without an appointment (including Children, Pensioners and Health Care Card holders).
From 1st Jan 2023, a standard fee also applies for a long consultation appointment(>=20mins) for all patients.
From 1st Nov 2023, a standard fee also applies for the initial consultation of all NEW patients and all patients without GP consultations in the last 12 months.
According to our new fee policy, from 01/01/2024, only regular patients who register MyMedicare and nominate any of our GPs as their regular GP, available consultation will be bulked billed on weekdays.
All other patients will expect about $40 out-of-pocket fee for each consultation. If you have any questions, please call 03 9132 5128 to discuss.
*for OSHC/OVHC holders, the direct bill is only available for patients with eligible OSHC/OVHC insurance cards from certain companies.
Nurse appointment is BULK BILLED at any time.
