How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked by phone 03 9132 5128, at the clinic reception, or through our online booking system (Health Engine). Please have your personal details and preferred date and time ready.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments? Can I walk in without an appointment?
Same-day or urgent appointments, Walk-in visits are accepted based on availability, however additional consultation fee may be charged. To avoid waiting, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records.
How long will I have to wait?
Waiting time may vary due to emergencies or complex consultations. We appreciate your patience and aim to minimize delays.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Please notify the clinic at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you need to cancel your appointment, simply reply N to the reminder message.
Appointments canceled late or missed without notice may incur a cancellation or no-show fee of $40. This policy helps encourage responsible booking and allows fair access to appointments for other patients.

Why don’t you fully bulk bill?
Medicare rebates do not cover the full cost of delivering modern medical care. Mixed billing helps us spend more time with our patients, invest in better services and systems, and continue providing safe, high-quality medical care.
Do you accept my insurance?
Our clinic works with selected insurance providers. Coverage may vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance providers and our front desk or bringing your insurance card for verification.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Patients without insurance can pay out of pocket. Our staff can inform you of the consultation fees before your visit.
How much is the consultation fee?
Consultation fees depend on the doctor and the nature of the consultation. Our staff will be happy to inform you of the exact fee before your appointment.
Are there extra charges for tests or procedures?
Additional fees may apply for special services, procedures, laboratory tests or imaging. All charges will be explained to you in advance.
When and how do I pay?
Payments are collected at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer payment methods. Receipts will be provided upon request.
Do you provide receipts or medical reports for insurance claims?
Our clinic issues official receipts and medical reports for insurance purposes. Please request these documents at the time of service, and we will prepare them for you. For retrospective insurance report, please book an appointment with the treating doctor to discuss.

Is parking available?
Yes, patient parking is available on-site. Please use the designated parking areas, and inform reception if you need assistance.
Due to limited parking spaces at the clinic, we kindly ask that parking be reserved for elderly patients, patients with disabilities, pregnant women, and families with infants.
We suggest parking on the side of Winston Drive (2-hour parking limit), which is a 3-minute walk to the clinic.
Please arrive on time & allow extra time for parking.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Our clinic is wheelchair accessible, with ramps, wide doorways, and accessible restrooms. Staffs are available to assist patients as needed.

Yes, you can usually request a specific doctor when booking an appointment, depending on availability. If your preferred doctor is fully booked, you can join the waitlist on Healthengine to be notified of any available appointments.

Do you provider after hour services?

Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests require fasting, while others do not. Your doctor or the lab staff will inform you in advance if fasting is needed and how long you should fast.
When will my test results be ready?
Test result times vary depending on the type of test. Some results are available the same day, while others may take a few days. Your doctor or the lab will let you know when you can receive your results.
How will I receive my results?
We encourage you to make an appointment with doctor to discuss any test results. You can receive your test results in several ways: in person consultation at the clinic, through a phone consultation, depending on your condition and your needs.
Can I get a prescription refill?
Yes, You can request a repeat prescription at your appointment or online through Healthengine Scripts online 24/7. Your doctor will decide whether it is safe to approve a script request. Please note that a small prescription fee applies.

How can I get a copy of my medical records?
You can request a copy of your medical records by contacting the clinic. This may involve filling out a request form, providing identification, and choosing whether you want a digital copy or a printed copy. Processing time and administration fee may vary.
Is my information kept confidential?

Can someone else collect my reports for me?

You can book a follow-up appointment by calling the clinic, using HealthEngine online booking portal, or asking at the reception before you leave after your current visit. It’s best to schedule it as soon as your doctor recommends.
Who do I contact in case of an emergency?
In case of a medical emergency, call 000 request ambulance immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. You can also contact the clinic, but for life-threatening situations, emergency services should be your first step.
