A new mental health service Link-me+ is available now at AIM Health Doncaster!

We are excited to share that our clinic is offering Link-me+, a new mental health service designed to support you by helping your GP better understand your mental health and wellbeing needs. This includes a questionnaire that, based on your answers, anticipates how your mental health might change over time and ensures your care is personalised, and tailored to your needs.
